[Resolved]  Amazon India — order not received anchor universal multi plug adaptor

I have ordered
Anchor universal multi plug adaptor with indicator - pack of 2 with order id order #[protected]. The order is been marked as delivered on 2nd of november 2019 but they didn't deliver it. When i called customer care they told they will contact the seller and initiate refund but they didn't. Again this product was showing delivered on 5th november 2019. When i contacted the amazon customer care team, i received the same replay that they will contact the seller and it will take 2 days. After that only they can issue the refund.
I have no ways to track this order as they already marked it as delivered 7 days back (2-nov-2019) and also they are not ready to give me refund as well.

Please help.

We have perused the complaint received from Ms Nidhi Shandilya ("Complainant") and find that she had ordered for Anchor Universal Multi Plug Adaptor with Indicator - Pack of 2 ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Electronicbaazar ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for refund or return of the Product.
Basis the information received from the Seller, both products ordered, had been duly delivered to the Complainant on 5th November, 2019, at the registered address.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
