I have ordered a mobile from Amazon on 5th May 2022 which suppose to be delivered on next day that's 6th May.
I was eagerly been waiting on 6th May because I have ordered this for special occasions that is for mother's day.
But instead what I have recieved a notification on my Amazon app saying the delivery guy couldn't able to reach out to me. Which is totally not the case at all. After receiving the notification I am being calling delivery agent continuously from that time till today. But he disconnected my call and sometime not picking my call at all.
Then I have reach out to customer care folks they keep saying that please wait we will Delivery today that day etc etc. But it is not been delivered till today which more than 48 - 72 hours form the promised date to diliver.
Despite of being a Prime customer i am getting such a pathetic service not sure what they used to do with non prime members. This is the hight time we should leave such fake service providing brand and go for local for vocal and give Chance to our local Indian folks. That make sense also because anyways they keep me waiting for long time despite of complaing 3-4 times.
Amazon as per your policy i am eligible for compensation and I am looking forward to that. Please do that ASAP.
