I've waited for almost 10 days expecting the delivery. Since I didn't receive the order I started tracking it. I identified that it reached warangal which is 30km from Warangal. I was expecting it in a day or two and suddenly I saw an update in amazon that the item has been returned to the seller. I tried contacting multiple people like Amazon service, Delhivery Customer Care but all the efforts went in vain. This is really bad service from Amazon and Delhivery since if someone would at least contacted me that the item is in Warangal and they cannot deliver me the product I would've picked it on my own. It reached all the way from Chennai to Warangal just to go back to the seller keeping me waiting unnecessarily. This is a request to the seller, If the seller is ready to send me the product again I am ready to repay the amount but this time expecting proper communication from them.
