Amazon India — payment not received after amazon confirms payment with reference number | |||
Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. I couldn't contact the customer care number and so registering the complaint here. The screenshot of the email from amazon informing about the reference number is attached herewith. I place order but refund is not given 15 day not refund and call a customer contact but many time same say 2 day time and more time call say 2 day after refund but not a refund order number is[protected] .
