Amazon India — phone not replaced | |||
I've purchased a one plus one on 24th jan 2015 and received it on 28th Jan. I've been facing many problems with this device and have been complaining about the problems since February 1st and they have been delaying it . Problems include volume and power button not working, hanging, gets heated a lot, and switches on and off by itself . This must be a defective piece and I want it to get replaced soon .
