Amazon India — pissed off - product deliverables and customer services | |||||
Purchased 7 items in once transaction out of which 5 came successfully but, 2 of the product in which one item is not yet received and it is showing as delivered and another one date is keep on changing. The customer services is providing fake assurance while conversation is from past 3-4 days. Request to refund the money back and take a strict action by penelized the organization by wasting the customer precious time.
