Amazon India — poor delivery service-amazon not following delivery time selected during order | |||||
Hi there, I ordered few products on amazon with email id as "[protected]@gmail.com". On website amazon provide facility to select the delivery time of the product. During the order i selected delivery time from 6pm to 9pm. But their delivery boy come in afternoon at around 2pm and when i asked him to come as per delivery time, then he talk in very bad manner and simply put the delivery missed as owner was not at home. Ideally he should come in evening as suggested but they are very rude and simply rejected the delivery. It does not happen with one order, i had more order pending and second delivery boy also did the same thing and refused to deliver as per my scheduled delivery time. Is amazon doing fraud by this, even it is giving mental torture to the end customer as well. The details of delivery boys who rejected the delivery and talk badly are as follows:- Delivery was planned from +91-[protected] number on 4jul2018 but this person didnt pick the call. I call him so many times but still did not response. Delivery boy number [protected] and +[protected] is the person who also rejected to deliver in the evening and did mental trauma for delivery.
