In the month of Oct 21, I bought a car jack and it was advertised to be heavy duty.Expecting good quality I stored the gadget in my vehicle boot.Later while attempting to use the product
a.It slipped when the spanner was engaged to the hex bolt on wheel.
b.The sudden unexpected slippage caused painful injury to my hand.
I send my email complaint to Amazon on [protected]@amazon.in and was replied to lodge my complaint in " customer product review " platform.
Suprisingly upon making the product review, Amazon replied
a.As my purchase was below 1500 RS, I dont have permission to make product review .
b.The product return deadline has expired and hence the matter is closed.
I later tried communicated my bad experience also through Amazon chat but again there was no result.
I anticipate a positive action through your esteemed organisation.
