Amazon India — powerextra mb-d12 battery grip | |||||
This is first time ever in my life i am submitting a complaint forum. I have ordered an item (Power extra battery grip) from amazon.in and the seller is exborders. I have made this order on 13th of last month (13/11/2018). First thing amazon told me was exborders is the seller and the item will be arriving between 21-28th of november when i made the deal with them (Full payment was done by the time). I have been waiting for either amazon or the seller to respond back to me regarding the shipment. They never did. I started waiting on my doorstep to see if a delivery men deliver the item. Till 24th of november i was having no sign of anything regarding shipment. On 24th, amazon told me item is dispatched and will be arriving by 28th. I have waited then again. No calls or any sign of shipment. But tried to track item, but it was still just "dispatched". I was asked to call the seller to track item. So i did on 27th. Some body from exborders told me, they don't have any tracking details of item. Note that it was just a day before, per what they told me of final date of shipment. 29th of november 2018, when i opened my amazon order page, amazon told me, they they believe the item was delivered. I was like what! Amazon believes seller was already delivered the item, seller (Exborders) told me they don't have any tracking details since it is coming from somewhere of country. Only thing i knew on 29th of november 2018 was nobody knows about this business i made with amazon and no tracking of anything and we were just going in loops, except i knew one thing the i spent my money and lot of time on this to earn knowledge that i was just cheated by what all of them who were involved in this business. Either amazon nor exborders ever showed a sign of responsibility of letting me know the status updates. Even if it was delayed. So amazon asked me to send them a feedback regarding the order or shipment with exborders for some reason. I wrote up all this story in the feedback session. The very next day, i got a call from exborders for the first time to tell me to update my negative review on amazon. And they gave a link to goto amazon and step by step explanation of how to remove or update my current feedback about the order. I thought they could have even more dalay my shipment just because i wrote up negative review. So i updated the feedback. When amazon asked me why, i told them the reason is "others" per their feedback remove page. Same day when the called me, the final date will be on or before 5th of december and today is december, i don't even have a status of "item is ready for delivery" on amazon, but i still have their sorry for delayed shipment. I feel like i am completely cheated by these people. They lack responsibility. I don't know what to do about this. I made this purchase for a reason. Item is required/needed for me to use on 3/12/2018, which is already passed. Please help me. Attaching all the details i have stored as proof. Was this information helpful? | |||||
