Amazon India — pre paid product booked not delivered and gets cancelled without my concern

I have booked whirlpool refrigerator on 15th october 2018. I have paid using my card to get cashback. Delivery was scheduled after a week. When the day comes for delivery i got a message that customer refused. This message i got for two consecutive days. Then i called customer care and they said there is some mistake by courier company and my order gets cancelled. How this can happen. I didnt cancelled and waited for all days from morning till night. I wasted my duty hours and also my money. Now they are saying book another one but i will not get any offer like i book my previous one. So in all i wasted everything. I need justice
