[Resolved] Amazon India — product delay in shipment 45 days | |||
I placed an order with amazon for 32 inch sanyo tv on 29/10/2019. Order number [protected] and item is to be delivered at thrissur 680027. The item is in stock with cloudtail india pvt. Ltd. They have given a delivery date of 13th december 2019, that is 45 days delay. When i contacted customer care several times they are suggesting to cancel this order (This order i got at discounted price and 10% discount) and if i place a fresh order, the item will be delivered in 2 days. Verified Support Jan 18, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6507We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Alphonsa Paul ("Complainant") and find that he ordered for Sanyo 80 cm (32 inches) Kaizen Series HD Ready Smart Certified Android IPS LED TV XT-32A170H (Black) (2019 Model) ("Product") vide order ID[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that the correct replacement of the Product bearing order ID[protected] was successfully delivered to the Complainant at his registered address on 21st November, 2019. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||
