Amazon India — Product has picked up but did not got my money

On august 2, 2021 i have bought a leather jacket from amazon.in. But the product i have recceived is totally different . I have claimed for refund. Amazon pick up boy has picked up my product but i did not get my money. Its more than 1 year. I have written many times to amazon coustomer care but they did not resolve my issue.please help me to get my money back. Its 11999.
