Dear Sir/Madam
On 5th October, I have purchased a Vacuum Cleaner Woth Rs 4899 having order number[protected]. The Product extimated date was given 8th October 2022. On 8th October when i called the Call Centre in the evening between 9-10 they informed that the product will be delivered within half n hour. However, product was not delivered.
On 9th Oct, I called the Call Centre mutiple times and got the same answer that this will be delivered today. Having no choice left i asked Ms Vandana ( Customer Care Team) to write a mail that the product will be delivered today.
Unfortunattely product was not delivered again. In Notification on 9th i was informed that the product delivery is delayed between 8th to 13th October. So, On 10th I called them again and spoke to Mr Dheeraj, he asked told me it is will delivered today. After i disconnected the call i got a notification that the product is damanged and returned to seller, wheras Seller is Amazon itself.
So, i requested to send me the replacement however they refused and ensforced me to take refund, Just for your kind infomation that I bought the product into Amex EMI, even if they refund i wont ger the entire monet at once and will be adjusted with Purchase it do with them.
I a seeking an explanation from Amazon why there was so much of delay.
Why every representative gives different statment.
Why was i not received the product even there was a delay
Why they initiate refund without the consent of customer and giving them choice to refund/Replacement.
Why were the harrassing me since 8th August till now.
On house was entire covered with water and if the product would have been delivered on time i would have done something,
Lastly when i spoke to Mr Yana directly refused to help me that the amount cannot be added in PayBack and only refund will be given and then i can re-order. Also, when i asked that i have to escalate this consumer forum he said this is your fundamental right and you can do it as i feel like. They record all the calls do that can be verfied. I aslo have few call recording but i am unable to attach
Request you all to help me take action against their cascual attitude towards Customers.
