Amazon India — Product Not delivered Order Id:[protected] | |||||
I have ordered the item on 30th Jan and promised last date of delivery was 4th Feb 2017.However i got a message from amazon that my address is not reachable or need more info. I have ordered many items to my current address in the past and never come across such a stupid issue. I am staying in center part of city. I have complaint to customer service and no action taken after 48hrs even. One more thing I have paid full money including courier charge . Hence I request all Amazon customers to go only buy the item if COD is available.Otherwise you may loose money. I think i have to approach consumer court to get my money back.
