on customer care, the customer care told me we are just forwarding your complaint, give us some time we will call back and resolve your problem, but when i didn't receive any call from Amazon, then i called customer care and told them the whole situation, then they told me your complaint is close the back end team finds that you receive your product when i asked me how the back end team process and confirm that i have receive the product then they disconnect the call, i made a call to customer care so many times and every time they disconnect call.
now i am frustrated and fed up this type of situation from amazon i haven't felt, so kindly help me and sent me product, i am also making complaints on consumer forum and so many places, its not a matter of 1000 rupees, but its a matter of trust which i am not going to do on amazon, i will also distribute this situation to my friends and family members so that they will think 100 times to but the product from amazon.
one more thing customer support was not helpful they were repeating the same line again and again and disconnect phone but i am not lodging any complaint against them i want my product only
