Amazon India — Product or refund nothing has been received. | |||
Dear sir/ma'am, My self Ninad. A prime member of Amazon India. Dated 16th October 2020 purchased a book from Amazon.in with order no.[protected]. Till today I have not received the product nor the refund. 3 to 4 times I contacted Amazon customer care but every time I got unacceptable response and every time the seller provide wrong tracking information. After regular follow-ups finally the seller canceled the order. I came to know about the cancelation of order when I contacted customer care. But still my amazon profile this is not been reflected. Every time Amazon customer care was protecting seller and not ready to take my complaint against him. I have attached the chat with amazon customer care for your reference. I really don't understand what kind of A to Z guaranty Amazon is providing to their customers. So I kindly request you to take this matter.
