Amazon India — product replacement for the product I paid | |||
This is to bring to your notice that i am a customer who has been proud buying products of amazon I am writing this mail with high disappointment and resentment due to unfair business and lack of commitment of amazon, I have paid rs 13, 499 to order "seagate external hard drive 8 tb" order #[protected]and received a confirmation mail stating that it will be delivered by oct 18 2019, Post order, i was waiting for the product for 2 days and in between these days i have not been communicated any information or intimated about the product, On the day of delivery, i got to know that the product is cancelled. And they are said the money will be credited to my accound then to re order the product. Right now the product price is increased 1500 which is not possible to pay more. Since i paid the product its my right to get the product as per the concern. Because of their delaying i cant take the blame on spending additional 1, 500 rupees. Kindly make the arrangement for replacement of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
