[Resolved] Amazon India — product returned but refund denied | |||
ORDER #[protected] Amazon Order Status shows Return is still under process. When contacted Amazon Customer Service, executives inform me that the product has been received in warehouse but their fulfillment center reverts that the product received is mismatched as its a non-amazon product. When asked from the executive that who will verify that information and what about my refund, he clearly denied of neither returning that non-amazon product and neither refund. This is shocking as this loophole and policy can loot customers as customer will not be able to prove that the product he returned was the same which he bought inspite of the tracking slips they have. They trust their delivery persons more than their valuable customers. I have attached the return receipt which is a valid proof. All the amazon delivery agents check the product before accepting the return order. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I personally wrote to nodal officer and based on that action was taken and the amount was refunded. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
