Amazon India — product was defective and not returning money | |||
I have purchased a product online from amazon india. Details are :- Order #[protected] Product was found defective as soon as it was delivered but we requested the return. Yet there was noone sent to pick the faulty product. Product was purchased on 23rd august 2019 and today it's 15th september2019 and still they havent returned the money. I have compalined couple of times in amazon complaints but no one helps me. Was this information helpful? | |||
