Amazon India — punjab national bank [pnb] refund amount not credited to my account

I am rohan kumar, my email add:[protected]@gmail.com my mobile no :[protected] holding account in punjab national bank. My account have to be credited with refund amount 34900 from amazon on 30 july 2020. Amount have been issued by amazon and confirmed by my bank generating reference id #75503720208041165393316 but amount still not reflected in my account by bank since it is 9 days over. Plz help me fix the issue.
Kindly help me.
