Amazon India — purchased printer from amazon printer not working

Respected Sir/Mam,

i purchased a printer hp 2131 all in one on 5 sept 2017. my order no is #406-[protected]. now my printer not working . i take only 20-30 pages after instalattion . now printer not print anything. please help me . i try to customer care but its not connecting always . problem came after one months of purchasing
