Amazon India — purchased samsung duos mobile: order#[protected]

I order for a used mobile phone order no mention above, as per order details
The product contains 1. Samsung duos phone, 2. Battery, 3. Charger but the amazon only delivered phone and battery, no charger is there inquiry they agree to provide a charger which i have to purchase and then they will refund it to me, how can i believe on this that they will refund the cost of charger some details of customer care chat is given below as executive said the mail is send to me regarding refund commitment but yet no mails is received to me till now.

I pay amazon rs.1790 for a phone, a battery and charger as mention in order details but amazon do not deliver the complete order it is not my fault.

I understand you want to keep the product, unfortunately there is no option where we can send a charger separately.
Me: that means you can not do anything...

Musaib: i am sorry i can not comment on this, how ever as it was mentioned in previous correspondence that you can purchase a charge separately from amazon.in and we will be able to refund that amount.
Me: how can i be assure that the amount will be refunded to me.

Where it is written that charger amount will be refunded after delivery.
Musaib: i request you to check the recent mail which i have sent. I have mentioned in it.
The email which you have sent above was the previous email which i have sent for the return policy, how ever i have sent you an email again at 11:47 pm.
