Amazon India — received a different product but amazon not accepting return

My name is vivek dora, I received a prestige rice cooker which is different in model number an color. So i raised a return request in Amazon app but amazon not accepting return for the product. since 24.01.2019 I an suffering with this issue,

The pickup guy came to my door and told me as the product is different they can not pick it.

I have contacted amazon regarding this but till date no positive response .
