Amazon India — received a different product from the one I ordered | |||
Order#[protected] Date: nov 12, 2019 Phone number: [protected] Description: I had bought a carpet online through amazon, however the carpet i received was different from the carpet shown in the product description. Later, i applied for a refund request but was rejected without any reason being given. I had later appealed the decision but it went unheeded. My Bank of Baroda account link with Amazon ... I have apply refund of my order.. but given refund deadline is 07_nov_2019 and today is 08-nov-2019 so why not receive my refund in my bank account...kindly check our end .. ASAP.
