I have received damaged or defective item (Order:[protected] from the amazon and they have agree to refund amount once ship the item. No where they have contacted me or send the dead line for the item and also called vendor directly he told that decline the button from the amazon site and he will send the refund. I have contacted amazon couple of times they graded over month.
Now both the parties delint my refund recently. If they are not refund the amount how can keep the goods with them and this seller sending defective product to the customers. Please take necessary action on this subject.
