[Resolved] Amazon India — receiving different product | |||
I ordered ddr'4 'type ram in amazon app on 9th feb 2019. I recieved my order on 12 feb 2019 but when i opened what am recieved was its ddr'3' type. When i contact to customer support they will simply say there is no return policy but they are doing investigate the process given time is 10days. I contact to he seller and seller was agreed for replacement. But amazon service take too much tme. Still no response from amazon. Kindly reslove my isuue. Either refund or replacement my correct product ddr4 type. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved DIDNT Resolve my issue...still i dont recieve any calls from amazon team..7 days completed..kindly replacement my order or refund it. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
