Amazon India — refrigerator order delivery

I ordered on refrigerator and delivery happened on time. Now as per their terms i could return or replace the item in 15 days. When i tried to do they said electronics items are non replaceable. I said it is not written or mentioned anywhere.
I am a regular prime client of amazon but it felt really ignored while they dealt my issue. I wanted to return the refrigerator and wanted to buy another one which is larger that previous one.
[Nov 30, 2018] Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
