Amazon India — refund amazon | |
My account no:[protected] it was mentioned in my amazon account that the sum of rupees 6843was refunded to my canara bank account on 04 january2018 as per amazon mail. Amount will be reflect on 08/01/2018 but till date (09/01/18) i didnt receive any credit to my account. Amazon mail copy Hello, Your refund of rs.6843 has been processed successfully on 2018/01/03 17:25:00. The amount should reflect in your account by 1/8/2018. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 443160. In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
