[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund amount not credited in my SB account for the cancelled order. | |||
My name is Chinnu Philip and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M31s of RS.19500 from Amazon on 17 december 2020 and after 18 december 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 21 december 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but Istill didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 659426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. This is the reply I got from SBI regarding my complaint - "Company RemarkThe customer's account was SB-Janapriya-SBTA/c. Since the account was stopped, the samewas not credited. However on receipt of thecomplaint, we had converted it into BSBD A/cand subsequently the customer was advised tolodge a complaint with Amazon again withaccount statement from 17/12/2020(Date oforiginal transaction) till date." Amazon should recredit the money back to my account. You can check the account statement regarding the same. So please kindly respond to this complaint at the earliest . I'm also attaching details of amazon order and my account statement. Kindly resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 28, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Solved from banks side. Nework issue happened. And Ive got my money back. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
