Amazon India — refund and return against damaged product | |||
Order number[protected], i placed an order for "sampri 6 pack abs exerciser machine with 20 different modes for exercise fitness"on amazon on 22nd sep and paid inr 3, 498 online. They delivered a damaged product as shown in image 1. After which we requested the replacement which amazon scheduled for 30th sep. From 30th sep till 5th oct amazon keep rescheduling the delivery automatically without informing customer.in this duration every time i call amazon customer care they assured that replacement will be done in next 24 hours but again it never happens. After 5th oct, they informed me that replacement window has been closed and only return and refund is possible, however it has been 5 days, and i have called 3 times in this 5 days period, and every time i have been assured that pickup will be done in next 24 hours but it never happens. I and my wife are really frustrated on the behavior of amazon on this, there fore i request you to please refund my money and amazon can keep trying for pickup whenever they have time.
