Amazon India — Refund from Amazon has not been received | |
I had ordered an item on amzon.in on 27-Apr-2019 with pay on delivery basis .The item was returned and the refund of RS 2999.00 issued by Amazon on 30th April 2019 but the amount is not been credited to my account. and Amazon executives constantly said to raise the dispute form with my bank .So, I raised the complaint at vijayabank ( now Bank of Baroda)for not processing the refund amount and they said no transaction is been done from amazon.in and to contact Amazon.in executive.they have been constantly misleading me and putting my call on hold and disconnecting my call without intimation.The details of transaction on Amazon is as below and the bank declaration through mail is attached for your reference Amazon account is in the name of Puttamaregowda Account Name: Shylaja P D/o Puttamaregowd Order date:27-Apr-2019 Refund issued:30th April 2019 Amazon ref no:HSBCN[protected].
