[Resolved]  Amazon India — Refund given but bank not credited

Dear sir i am purchase 3 iteam in amozon after 3 iteam return so 2 iteam refund reward but 1 iteam refund not come I discuss with amozon so he told I give refund so why this money not credit on my bank statement please resolve this issue
