I ordered a product (lenevo IdeaPad Gaming 3 laptop) but Amazon cancelled it and initiate refund in original payment method Debit Card [[protected]] Order I'd is [[protected] ] & total amount is 59990.00 INR . The Refund Reference number is [30005113571357198804763]. But I didn't receive my refund yet . I checked my statement but bank didn't proceed the refund . Below I attached the documents as prove. Hi.. I ordered a mobile in amazon on october 27 2021 and i returned it on 3rd november .I dint receive a money in my account ..on communicating with customer care they said reference id is not generated...it has been 3 months and now they blocked me in customer care support.
