Amazon India — refund initiated from amazon but still it has not been reflected in my bank account | |||
To the Respected Officer, I'm Nirmalya Chakraborty customer of Amazon india On the day of 28th feb 2020 I had purchased a product via upi payment from amazon.in, order id is - ORDER #[protected] Amazon was successfully initiate my amount to my bank account but still it not has been reflected in my statement & account also. My registered phone number is - [protected] My optional phone number is - [protected] RRN # [protected] Purchased Transaction Details - TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/AMAZON/UTIB/[protected]@apl/Request TRANSFER TO[protected] 2, 789.00 I have already contacted to my bank customer care and Amazon customer care team, They have told as same that they can't able to help on this RRN number only Amazon merchant can help about this issue, as same amazon customer team told me that they can't help more than information only SBI bank can help about your stuck refund amount. Kindly help me about this refund issue. You can call me for more details. My humble request to you that kindly arrange this refund as soon as possible in my bank account from your end.
