Amazon India — Refund is not credit yet into my account for Order#[protected]

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Dear sir/Mam, i cancelled a order from amazon.in on 10 August 2015 through their customer care and after cancelling they said that in 2-4 working days my money will be refunded . But after 10days there is no money credited into my account. here is my order: Order#[protected]
