[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund isn't reflecting in my account yet | |||
My name is Sudha Mishra .I have paid an amount of Rupees 379.00 to Amazon India through my UCO debit card ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 21/05/2021. Afterwards on 23/05/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 379.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 25/05/2021. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[ Refund Reference # 74332741146114508779722] told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care toll free number multiple times but failed. So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me. Its been more than 12 days now.
