Amazon India — refund issued by company not reflecting in my bank account

Dear sir
I ordered boat earphone on 31st december and then returned on 11th january and refund issued on the same day but i did not get my refund back till date so please help me out. Although customer care said that refund already issued by the company.

My refund was insafad 11 jan this 22, 990 amount was not reflect in my account

My payment is not comming back in my account
Skull candy earphone only half month use not sound out side. Both side is closed
Product is duplicate. exchanged my product. No Any excuse change product fast
