Amazon India — refund not credited to the respective account | |||||
I ordered groceries from amazon and the order got returned.. Its been 10 days now and refund didn’t reflect in account... Amazon is saying they have processed the amount of 2713.57 in my account but still i did get the amount... They have given me the return reference number 902660.. And asked me to contact the sbi bank helpline.. I contacted thm but they refused to entertain my request as they said amazon is third party and if they had refunded the amount thn it should hv come to my account.. Now both are blaming each other and no one is solving my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
