[Resolved]  Amazon India — refund not received more than 1 month

Its been more than a month i dint received my refund. have sent mail mANY TIMEs and every time i get same ### copy paste reply.
even i explain them that i need money for Diwali give me before that but dint got. i had no cash this diwali.
