Amazon India — refund not reflected in my bank account | |||||
Warner bros tweety plush 17 inch (Mbe-wb107) 100% imported item was purchased in march 2018. And refund was insisted by amazon on 11th of march 2018 and they text to me it will reflect in my account before 22 of march. But amount never reflected in my account. I have call amazon and bank so many times. Bank told to me please give is 16 to 22 digits reference id but amazon provide me 4 digits reference. After that so many times i request to amazon but they never help me to get out from this situation. Even always amazon customer executive suggest me for complaint against bank on cms. But bank also close this one time and after more discussion with amazon i filled the same again. But still there is no update. Amazon executive always give many solution but they can't do same by itself. This is so much headache. They should resolve customers issues but they never try to do for these cases. I just want my amount and card advance payment refund will resolve by amazon so that any another customer will face it. I am finding so many charges on my credit card from ya. I don't no how or why. I have not order or received anything, I have two charges from May 7 for 22.99 and May 4 for 14.99 June 4 for 13.12. I don't understand what these are for. I blocked my card until I find out what's going on.
