Date of the Incident :- 01 March 2022
Description:- I ordered a woodland shoes on [ 25 Feb 2022 ] name woodland shoes which is sold by [ Cloudtail india pvt limited ] of [ RS 2690 ]and i have returned the shoes because of its quality issue. Amazon delivery boy has pick return on 09 March2022.
After Amazon initiated my refund they ask me to wait for 5 days and when i didn't recieved the payment after 6 days i have called amazon customer care and asked for my refund that it is not credit to my account yet, but they said that go and check through your bank so i ask for the (reference no.) from them, so they ask me to wait for { 3 days}. After 3 days when i have recieved the (reference no.[protected] I went to the bank to check the reference no. so the bank accountant told me that we cannot check the reference no. because it is generated by Amazon company so i called the Amazon customer services again so they told me that we have credit your amount.
and when i am calling to the Amazon customer care again they told us that they can't help us any more it is your responsibility and your bank's responsibility and it is not our fault.

My name is Sunil chandra and it is my kind request to please look after the matter and please help for me Amount :- RS 2690 is a huge amount so please refund it in mine Bank Account NO. and if they cannot credit it to my Bank Account NO. so please Refund it to My Amazon Pay Balance.
