Amazon India — refund on return order

Dear team

I have ordered the one order on 14 oct, 2018 from amazon and received today at 10.30 pm.

In the box when i opened it there is no speaker found except stones.

Now when i asked the amazon they denied to refund my money, as per them there is item in the box.

And they are blocked my account to that why i am not able to contact them telephonically.

Please do the needful.
