Amazon India — refunded deliberately loss of my 1100 | |||||
Order#[protected] The above order was force fully refunded to me deliberate by amazon agent and delivery agent sins. I ordered this phone on 17 july 2018 using my hdfc card where i got 10% discount on realme pro, also i brought prime membership for fast delivery. But the ordered never reached me at the promise time of 24 hours, it delayed every day, the delivery agent keep giving fake promises and finally they deliberately returned my order stating that the product was damaged in transit. If the product was still damage why they cannot exchange the product when same product was still available on amazon website, But these delivery guy was responsible for my. Loss, i cannot get the same discount on my hdfc card, nor i can order 2nd phone, Cust care people were hanging my calls and even after 25 minutes keeping me on hold for the exchange they did not do anything. This was the worst experiencing with amazon, i will rather suggest evert one to shop on on flipkart their support delivery and agents are faar polite then these illiterate delivicery staffs.
