Amazon India — refunds are not getting credited

Hello this is vinoda gunnam i'm the customer of andhra bank i had pending refunds that are supposed to be credited into my account by now but not happened. You are misleading customers by giving reference number to the merchant sites and not processing them to customers account something fishy is happening with andhra bank.
Below i'm providing reference numbers to the two pending trasactions which are not processed
