Amazon India — Regarding our refund

With due respect beg to say that I am purchased suit from amazon.in . there is a problem I thexpect suit . so I decided return to amazon. and i return successful and pick up will done . but there is no refund will be credited in my account. I call to customer care he says pleazz wait . again and again saying please wait. I can still waiting so long period . he says we initiate a refund . your bank may be take time to process your refund . but there is no refund in bank. pleazz charge to amazon
