I purchased shoes from amazon the sum of Rs 598 receiving date - 13 april 2016 order id[protected] i claimed for refund of my product of my shoes . But instead of giving refund they gave a gift voucher . but i want my refund back as soon as possible . i called customer care service so many times but they are neglecting my query. kindly help me out . and i want my refund back . i m very thankful to you for this act of kindness. I booked the Moto G turbo from Amazon India and the order was confirmed.
But when I checked the status of the order at evening it was cancelled.
If it is out of stock they should mention it while booking. They should deliver items once confirmed.

I did not receive my order item (order no.[protected] Dated 27.2.2016. I had already paid for the same by Net Banking payment option.
Still I am waiting for my product.The amazon.in had committed me to reach my item by 9th March 2016.But they failed to deliver the same . If possible, then kindly refund my money.
