Dear Amazon
I had purchased one HP 247 G8 laptop on 10 June, I got delivery on 14 June, but due to technical snag I requested for return and contact Customer care, they said one engineer will come and find whether it has some problem or not, a day after I got call from engineer that he can't come at my place and he is reporting that laptop is not working.
Hence I order for exchange, next day on 16 June one pick up Boy name Rakesh came and picked the laptop. On 20th June exchanged laptop came at my address but they denied to hand over it to me, they said that they will give this only when I will return the previous laptop, I said that I have already given to the pick up boy.
I have mailed cctv footage, screenshot of that pick up, trying from last one month to get the solution, but still no one is responding.
Everytime I am getting copy paste mail reply, every time 6/12/24/48 hours time they need to resolve.
My 30k is stucked from last one month, I am bit frustrated.
Hope you will give importance to your post and assignment and will return my money soon.
