Amazon India — regarding return of product | |||||
Sir i am a prominent buyer of amazon. Last month i order a bluetooth headphone of blue color. But i received a white one which was also not working so i requested for return and return schedule was on 25|12|2017. But no one arrived for pick up. Hence i contact to customer care and they daily give me assurance but return application was not complited yet. So i am in trouble from last 15 days. So you are my last hope, i reqyested you to take serious action against this so that my trust in amazon will retain.
