Amazon India — replacement product not dispatched within time and many times cs will wrong commitment

I purches mobile from amazon india.. Its faluty peace and i complaint d customer care of amazon and they ready to give replacement then i send faulty mobile on dt 6/6/2018 to amazon.. They will not send my replacment mobile till date.. Many times i called customer service but they not care about it many times they commit mi wrong. And till they not dispatch my mobile
