Amazon India — return item issue | |||
As you can see below return details so it should be picked up today between 7am to 1pm and suddenly at 12:45 i got sms "return cannot be processed today as package was not ready" now tell me one thing why your amazon transaportation team updated wrong information by their own. Even package is ready and no one visited from amazon to my address to pick up the return item. Now every time i am facing these issues with amazon return request why? I am surely going to consumer court for this because last time also when i returned something i faced same issue. Whwy your team not taking customer needs on priority, why your transport department not educated, why your team update status by themself, who is giving them permission to them to update wrong information to push the return for next working day.?
